The Studio Christian Youth Center would like to say thank you to all who have donated towards our $20,000 goal. If you do not know what we are talking about, The Studio has been offered a matching gift from an anonymous donor. The gift is a dollar-for-dollar match if we raise $20,000 by September 1, 2009. They will match up to $30,000. So if we reach 20k then we can double whatever we raise for operating & expansion costs. The Studio wants to be the most effective ministry to teens that we can be, but in order to do that we have to have funding. We honestly believe The Studio will and has made an impact on this area that will be felt for years to come. Thank you to all who have contributed thus far. We have so far raised over $6,000 in gifts and pledges towards our goal! As you can see we have come quite a ways but still have a long way to go with a short time left to get there. We are excited about the progress we have made so far and see it only increasing in momentum. Our "10 Cubed" program is picking up steam as well. The "10 Cubed" goes like this; if 10 people from 10 different churches or organizations would pledge $10 per month to The Studio, that would be $12,000. That is half of our current operating budget for a year! So far many individuals have signed up for it and one has pledged $100 per month under the 10 Cubed program. Thank you to all who have given/pledged.
